Fast asleep on Stacked Glasses is a series that features studio visitors daydreaming, sitting, kissing and sleeping atop stacked glassware. Tennis balls, flowers, candles, lamps, books and lemons adorn these semi-still life collages. These pieces are intended to explore moments of tension, quiet and sweetness I've experienced during non-working studio hours. This series is completely personal, a meditation on pausing and a love letter to the beautiful creatures, real and imagined that have accompanied me in these moments.
